Is there a website for ExceL Premium Finance or the Direct Bill program to see if a payment has been received or view what their payment is and when it is due? Is there a link to make a payment on-line?

Unfortunately there is not a separate website available for ExceL Premium Finance. For outstanding payment amounts due or to confirm if a payment has been received; please call 800-442-3168 then press “0” and ask for the accounting department.

We can accept payments online for ExceL Premium Finance customers or Direct Bill customers.  Click here to make a payment online.

What states do you write in?

Our primary states of operations are:  Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.  We do have limited access with select products in the states of Nebraska & Wyoming.  Please call 800-442-3168 for additional information.

Do you accept online payments?

Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express along with e-checks as forms of payment online.  You can click on the “Make a Payment” tab above or click here to make a payment online.

How do I report a claim/loss?

Our office should be notified upon initial notice of a claim. In addition, please stress to the insured that all law suits should be reported the same day as received in order that the company may be notified. We will need a complete copy of the suit sent to our office immediately. If the insured has more than one policy or layered coverage , it is important that all carriers be put on notice. How do I obtain loss runs?

To request loss runs, the current agent on the account may email one of the email addresses listed below:  Please include the name of the insured and the policy number.

Can policies be financed with E&L?

Excel Premium Finance is a division of Erickson-Larsen, Inc. that provides financing for accounts written through the offices of Erickson-Larsen, Inc. A minimum down payment of 20% is generally required with the balance being financed over a 10-pay plan. Please contact accounting@ericksonlarseninc.com for additional information or the underwriter on the account for a finance quote option.
